ABOUT US
It's in the blood
The love of growing and propagating plants comes from a long lineage of farmers and plant lovers. My Great-grandparents on my mother's side originated from Europe, where they were apple farmers. My spicy grandma June and grandpa Jim were top New Mexican Chile farmers and the namesake of the famous Big Jim chile pepper. My mother still owns and operates a florist shop where I grew up helping or, more likely, distracting her. However, I didn't just get it from one side of the family. My dad tells me stories of my great-grandmother, who had the greenest thumb and could place a rose cutting under a jar and produce beautiful rose plant, and my Grandma Martha, who loved to spend her days in the garden or outside in nature. So, long story short, it's in the blood. The love of plants continues, and I hope I can help you with your love of plants and make this world a little greener.
